How do I remove an ad?
The good news is that you can do that yourself. Simply login to your acct., scroll down to your ad by viewing its title, click the link 'Delete Ad' at the right side of the page.
Why are my ads not showing up?
Reasons ads do not display immediately:
* Due to 'caching' (a technique used to speed up busy sites), it can take 10 to 15 minutes before your ad or its photos are fully posted. Please wait for 15 minutes before checking for your ad.
* You may have not yet validated your email address. We send a validation email message to the email address you entered in your ad the very first time you use that email address with us. In that email is a link that you must click for your ads to appear. Please check your spam/junk folder if that message hasn't appeared in your inbox.
* You may be blocked for a posting infraction or for attempting to send a message to a seller that wasn't a serious inquiry.
I haven't received my ad activation email yet.
Try this: first, add [usedad at gmail dot com] to your Hotmail safelist or Yahoo address book or Gmail or whatever email client you use. Then login to your acct. and edit one of your ads. Save the changes (even if there aren't any real changes) then a new validation email will be sent or just post a new ad.
I got a site error.
